City of St. Clairsville recently issued the following announcement.
On Monday, March 7, 2022, the St. Clairsville City Council passed legislation (Resolution Number 2022-7) to move the time of all regular City Council meetings. Effective for the April 18, 2022 City Council meeting, regular Council meetings will begin at 7:00 P. M. instead of 7:30 P. M. City Council meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month unless the date falls on a federal holiday.
Because of the time change in the City Council meetings, a change in the start time of two Council Committee meetings is needed. The Council Utility Committee meets before the full Council meeting on the first Monday of the month. Beginning on May 2, the Utility Committee meeting time will start at 6:30 P. M.
The Finance Committee meets on the third Monday of each month prior to the City Council meeting. Effective on April 18, the new Finance Committee meeting time will be 6:15
P.M.
Located in the Municipal Building (100 North Market Street in St. Clairsville), these meetings are open to the public.
