City of St. Clairsville’s Utility Crews will be performing hydrant flushing throughout the City the week of April 18 through April 22, beginning on the west end of the City and moving eastward. Residents are advised that there may be some temporary discoloration in their water and/or changes in water pressure.
During the hydrant flushing process, residents are advised not to do laundry.
