Of the 137 people living in Trinway in 2020, 54.7 percent (75) were women and 45.3 percent (62) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Ohio News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 14. In the 65 and over age range, there were 23 females and 24 males.
