Antonelli just completed her fourth and final volleyball season at Franciscan this fall while on pace to graduate at the end of the semester. While at Franciscan, she has earned All-Conference honors four times and Conference Academic recognition three times. She ended her career fourth in kills with 801 in 277 sets played for the Barons.

Wallace just completed her second season with the Barons with it being her first season as the primary setter. She rewrote the record books this season with 681 set assists and 8.30 assists per set being new season records. She was a big part of one of Franciscan's best offenses in recent history. The nursing major has been honored once already by the PAC for her Academic excellence.

Important Updates for the Program in 2022-23

CSC's Executive Board of Directors approved a plan presented by the Academic All-America Core Committee to update the awards criteria and selection and strengthen several key components of the association's signature program. Highlights include:

  • Elimination of All-District voting. All eligible nominees will automatically earn All-District honors.
  • An increase to 3.50 for the minimum undergraduate and graduate cumulative GPAs necessary to nominate.
  • The addition of men's and women's swimming and diving as sport-specific contests in the winter (previously included in the At-Large contests).
  • The addition of men's and women's tennis as sport-specific contests in the spring (previously included in the At-Large contests).
  • Later nomination periods to include more complete season data.
  • A limit on the maximum number of submissions permitted by a school in each sport
