Lakeland CC Defeats Commodore Ladies
The Lorain County Community College women’s basketball team fell to Lakeland Community College Saturday, 69-39.
Leading the Commodores in scoring was Cora Sanders (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) with 13 and four rebounds. Danah Ewing (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) had a team-high five assists and three steals. Alayzia Jackson (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) had nine rebounds and one block to go along with her six points.
The Commodores will be back in action on Monday as they host the Butler County Community College Pioneers in the Ewing Activities Center at 5:30 p.m.
