The Muskingum men's basketball team dropped their matchup with Concordia Wisconsin at the Daytona Beach Shootout.

- Sophomore Jayden Humphrey added nine points and two rebounds for the Muskies, while junior Luken Hill finished with eight points, seven rebounds, and two assists.
- Sophomore Landen Russell buried eight points and dished out two assists for Muskingum, while freshman Logan Stotzer chipped in seven points and two rebounds.
- Freshman Kaelan Pulliam also added seven points, and senior Noah Begue knocked in two triples for six points.
- Concordia Wisconsin was led by Freeman Jackson with 25 points and four steals, while Matt LeVene added 15 points and six rebounds.
- As a team, Muskingum shot 22-for-55 (40%) from the floor, while Concordia Wisconsin finished 30-for-50 (60%) from the field.
- The Muskies knocked in 6-of-29 (20.7%) from deep, while the Falcons went 11-for-20 (55%) from three-point range.
- The Falcons won the rebounding battle 29-26, while the Muskies had a 37-17 edge in bench points.
- Concordia Wisconsin outscored Muskingum 38-28 in the paint, and the Falcons also dished out 18 assists on the afternoon compared to 11 for Muskingum.
- The Muskies will be back in action on Wednesday, January 4, when they travel to take on OAC-rival Marietta. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. from Ban Johnson Arena.
