Better You Nutrition Cardio Drumming Classes are held 6 p.m. Monday's at Union Local Elementary School 66779 Belmont Morristown Rd. Belmont, OH 43718
Cardio Drumming is a full-body cardio workout using a 17-gallon bucket with rope handles, a 65 mm yoga ball and drum sticks. Coaches Rochelle Byers and Valerie Grace lead advanced and modified versions of the choreographed routines for participants to follow. The class is for all ages and abilities. Children are welcome to participate or hang out while parents get their workout! For information on where to purchase equipment, contact Valerie at 740-610-1519.
