City of St. Clairsville will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2023, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Mayor Thalman announces that City offices — except the Police Department — will be closed on Monday, January 16, in observance of the federal holiday to commemorate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

If you have an EMERGENCY, please call 911!

For after-hours emergencies for electric, water or sewer service ONLY, please call 740-695-1410 to connect with the City’s answering service.

For all NON-EMERGENCY inquiries, please call the City’s Police Department on 740-695-0123.

City offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 17, at 8:30 A. M.

A reminder that the 2nd City Council meeting this month will be held on Tuesday, January 17, at 7:00 P. M.  The monthly meeting of the Council’s Finance Committee will begin prior to the Council meeting at 6:15 P. M. on the 17th.
