On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Indian Creek High School standout Carley Penner’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Indian Creek High School standout Carley Penner’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, lost 9-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 7:25 p.m. at USF Softball Stadium against Wisconsin Badgers.
