The purpose of the Club is to provide community service for the disenfranchised who may not have the necessary resources to help themselves. The Club also assists social service agencies through monetary donations & volunteers. This is a student-led club with the members voting to determine what projects and agencies to support.
President Dana Swope plans to further her education by obtaining her bachelor’s degree following spring graduation. Vice President Amy Workman will be honored tomorrow, October 6, as AVC Communication’s Hometown Hero. In addition, she was awarded the Brew Scholarship for Women through the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce and will be honored at the October 28 banquet. Following graduation this spring, Amy is excited to put her years of community service involvement into action. Secretary Brittany Mayle plans to further her education by obtaining her bachelor’s degree. She dreams of working in the ABC program at the Ohio Reformatory for Women as a Case Manager. Treasurer Alicia Dailey also plans to further her education by obtaining her bachelor’s degree following spring graduation.
