COLUMBUS—State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) issued a statement regarding the tornado that struck the Village of Frazeysburg last week:
"Our neighbors in the Village of Frazeysburg endured a devastating tornado last Thursday morning, and we all are certainly praying for those who have their lives deeply impacted by this event.
As always, our first responders and local community members responded with immediate and effective support. Basic kindness and willingness to help others remain fundamental values here and have always helped us endure adversity together.
Thank you also to so many assistance agencies, local leaders, regional volunteers, and next-door neighbors who have provided continued assistance since the storm occurred. We will all remain engaged until the full Frazeysburg recovery is complete."
